SiteWatch

One night check. One page for the owner. Every quarter.

Safety is the point. SiteWatch keeps outdoor lighting from becoming a tenant complaint and a liability note. We inspect the lot after dark, send a one-page outage report, and keep a numbered map of every wall pack, canopy, and pole.

Enroll any industrial or flex site, including buildings we did not retrofit. Existing HID or mixed LED is fine.

Quarterly night patrol

Drive-by after dark. Every outage is logged against the site map and photographed.

Outage report

One page a property manager can forward: date, operating versus out, photos, warranty versus billable, and the next visit.

Numbered fixture map

Built at enrollment. Tag IDs match the quarterly report, so a dark pole has a number, not a description.

Monitoring

Enrolled clients get a login for site status: what is on, what is out, and the last outage. The same record is what we work from.

Drone packet on our installs

One before-and-after flight on projects we install. Not an annual flyover.

How a building gets on

Count

Night walk. We count wall packs, canopies, and poles, or you send a fixture count.

Enroll

Twelve-month agreement. Month-to-month after year one if you prefer.

First report

Map and first report within 14 days. Quarterly visits stay on a calendar you can give the owner.

Not in the base visit

Lift repairs, after-hours emergency calls, vehicle strike or vandalism, photocell or timer parts that are not a fixture warranty claim, pole, arm, or concrete work, vegetation, and extra drone flights. Those are quoted separately so the check stays about outages and maintenance.

SiteWatch does not replace cameras, alarms, or guards. It keeps the safety lighting accounted for.
