1. Audit
Walk the interior and the lot. Count fixtures, note what is dark, and record access. Exterior counts can start from a night look.
Process

2. Design
A short scope: fixture type, quantity, and watts in and out. You see the number before material is ordered.
3. Install and rebates
We install, pull the old lamps, and prepare utility rebate paperwork. You sign what the utility needs. Approval is the utility’s.
4. SiteWatch, if you want it
A numbered map, a quarterly night check, and an outage report. Monitoring access is issued when the site is enrolled.
